Professional Dog Grooming in the Scottish Borders
Opened June 2020 we are a newly established grooming salon based in Greenlaw, Scottish Borders (TD10 6UL).
With over 10 years of working experience we may be new to the area but we are not new to the job. We are confident in handling dogs of all shapes and sizes and willing to work with those dogs who struggle with the grooming process and need additional time and patience to help improve their experience. We have a custom built groom room in the grounds of our rural property offering a calm and relaxing space. We work on a 1-2-1 basis to ensure they get all the attention also offering a safe space for dogs who don't enjoy or cope well with the company of other dogs.
First aid trained, insured and we even have an award or two under our belt!
Prices are individual to each dog so please call if you would like to discuss bringing your dog(s) to us for a pamper.

Emmi-Pet Teeth Cleaning
The Emmi pet toothbrush is vibration-free & no actual brushing or scrubbing is necessary. This teeth cleaning system for dogs is very simple, non-invasive, effective & will benefit not only your dog’s teeth, but their health in general, as unhealthy teeth & gums will affect the dog’s whole body.
THE PROBLEM
When food particles & bacteria accumulate on your dog’s gum-line plaque is formed (a sticky, colourless film that covers teeth when not cleaned). Combined with saliva & minerals, it transforms into tartar (hardened plaque). This causes gum irritation & leads to an inflammatory condition called gingivitis.
THE SOLUTION
The Emmi pet’s ultrasound waves are transmitted via each wet toothbrush bristle to the toothpaste, creating millions of micro-bubbles that penetrate deep below the gum-line & into the smallest gaps between the teeth & gum pockets. Bacteria, food remains, plaque & “dog breath” (which is the leading sign of periodontal disease) are removed. It also increases the blood flow to the gums to heal wounds & stop bleeding. It is estimated that by the time they are 2 years old, 80% of dogs begin to show signs of oral disease.
THE COST
The initial session costs £35; it takes up to an hour and includes your dogs very own toothbrush. During this session your dog will be introduced slowly to the toothbrush and the teeth cleaning process. Some dogs may require additional sessions depending on the severity of their dental health.
Each additional 30 minute session is £20.
